Terms
Dhunzo (dhunzo.com) makes a song for someone you love, from your story. Payments are collected by Nexivara (proprietor Karan Bindal). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Who can order
Buyers must be 18 or older. The person receiving the song never needs to sign up.
What you get
- Lyrics you approve
- Two recorded versions, A and B
- A premiere gift page and ticket link
- Both songs in your WhatsApp
- The poster in 3 sizes
- One free remake within 7 days of delivery
How an order works
You tell the story and pay. We write the lyrics; you can change lines or ask for different words, then approve. We sing exactly those words. You don’t record anything.
If the lyrics aren’t approved within 7 days, we make the song with them as written; checkout tells you this in advance.
Price
₹199 for your first song, for the first 10,000 customers. Then ₹399. In India both prices include 18% GST. Outside India: $4.99 at launch, then $9.99.
A customer is one WhatsApp number (also recognised by a returning device). Your price never changes after paying starts, and a pending UPI payment keeps its price. Every order comes with a GST invoice.
Refunds
No refunds for a change of mind; a full refund automatically when we fail. The details are in the refund policy.
Made with AI
We use AI services to write lyrics from your story and to sing the song; a human songwriter may help when needed. You consent to this processing at checkout. Every gift page carries a visible “Made with AI” label.
Story rules
- Only share what you have the right to share
- We don’t sing phone numbers, addresses or anyone else’s full name
- No singer, composer, song or film names, and no “in the style of”
- No mockery or slurs about any faith, caste or community; no lyrics that speak as a deity
- We may block a story or line, and we tell you why
Using your song
Your song is made as your gift: to send to the person it’s for, and to play and share with family and friends.
Storage and deletion
Songs stay on our servers for 15 days from the delivery of each pair, then the audio, lyrics and story are deleted. Both MP3s reach your WhatsApp before that. An evidence record is kept for 18 months for disputes.
We message you only with order updates you agreed to, with a one-tap stop. The number is shared with Sing A Wish, so every message starts with “Dhunzo:”. Non-urgent messages are sent only between 9 am and 9 pm.
Public gallery
A song appears in the gallery only if you opt in (off by default): first names only, contact details removed, after human approval. The recipient can hide it instantly.
