Rishta guide

A song for your girlfriend or boyfriend, with their name

Everyone posts a song on their story. Only you can give them a song with their name in it. Write three small things (the first meeting, what annoys them, your inside joke), approve the lyrics, and we sing two versions in Hindi, Hinglish or English. Price: ₹199 including GST (launch offer for the first 1,000 customers; then ₹399).

Send the premiere ticket at midnight: the link opens on a curtain and the song plays with its lyrics. There’s an English anniversary sample below.

Coming up

The next date is still being verified. It will appear here once it is.

What to write: five questions

These are the five questions you answer when you order. The first three are needed, the last two optional. One idea for each:

  1. 1 · Who is Ishita to you?needed

For example: Ishita, who makes every plan late by “just five minutes”.

  2. 2 · A moment only you two shareneeded

For example: Meeting in the college canteen, and the fight over the bill.

  3. 3 · What makes Ishita so Ishita?needed

For example: Hearing her laugh fixes even my worst day.

  4. 4 · What have you never said out loud?optional

For example: I never told her I knew on the very first day.

  5. 5 · Your wish for themoptional

For example: May we spend every birthday together, even in different cities.

For a better song

  • Inside jokes and nicknames work best; just skip anything you wouldn’t want shared in a family group.
  • Long distance? Write the two cities and your video-call habit; the song will carry that distance.
  • For a proposal or engagement, pick “Mangetar” (fiancé/fiancée) as the rishta.

Sample song: Text Me When You’re Home (an anniversary, in English)

Arjun’s song for Meera on their tenth wedding anniversary: chai at Pune station, her lists on the fridge, and “text me when you’re home”. In English, in both styles: A slow and warm, B bright and happy. Made with AI.

Lyrics, English versionText Me When You’re Home

Verse

Meera, ten years since that chai at Pune station

You laughed when the rain soaked my only good shirt

I knew right then you’d be my favourite conversation

The one who’d make a tiny flat feel like the whole earth

Chorus

Ten years, Meera, and you’re still my morning light

Your lists on the fridge, your “text me when you’re home”

Ten years, my love, and it all still feels right

Wherever you are, Meera, that’s where I call home
