Privacy
Your memories are yours. We keep only what we need to make and deliver your song, and we delete the story, lyrics and songs on day 15.
What we collect
- The recipient’s name, your relationship and the occasion
- Your story (typed or spoken; we keep only the words, never the audio)
- Your name (From), WhatsApp number and the email you give at payment
- Payment references (we never store card or UPI details)
- Cookies: a device token (dz_dev, for “Continue your song”), your language (dz_lang) and a login session (dz_s)
- Funnel events without personal data
Why
To make your song, send you updates, issue GST invoices, prevent fraud, and resolve complaints and disputes.
AI processing
Your story and lyrics are sent to AI service providers to write the lyrics and sing the song. You give one clear consent at checkout. The music video is made on your phone and photos are never uploaded; if you choose “we make it for you”, photos are deleted within 24 hours.
How long
- Story, lyrics and recordings: 15 days from delivery, then deleted
- Evidence record (terms, approval, delivery logs, invoice): 18 months, for disputes
- Tax documents: as long as tax law requires

- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your data (except the evidence and tax records the law requires us to keep)
- Raise a grievance
Age
Buyers must be 18 or older. Songs for children are never shown in the gallery.
